In 1986, founder Frank Lombardo made his passion for the weather into his job, establishing WeatherWorks as a one-man consultancy from the basement of his home. After a decade of growth as a one-meteorologist operation, Frank began hiring to continue scaling the company and meet the demand of more clients.
As WeatherWorks’ capabilities grew, the team grew too. WeatherWorks now staffs a team of 36 consulting meteorologists and offers a wide variety of services, with special emphasis on winter weather.
WeatherWorks joined the AEM family of brands in September of 2024 to help both companies serve more clients.
